Panabuild Innovations, a Pall Mall Capital Partners company, is developing a load-bearing, non-combustible panel intended to disrupt the construction industry, challenge the Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) market and significantly accelerate the delivery of social and affordable housing.
Inspired by the changes in fire safety legislation in the wake of the Grenfell Tower tragedy and anticipated future fire safety regulations, we are collaborating with a global team of construction engineers and manufacturing professionals to create a groundbreaking product. Our goal is to achieve product certification approval by Q2 2025, it will be the preferred choice for PMCP AM’s own affordable and social housing initiatives as well as to the wider market.
By partnering with Housing Associations and Local Authorities, we aim to address the critical shortage of safe and affordable housing. Our panel will not only be a cornerstone of new developments but also a vital tool for retrofitting existing buildings to meet modern fire safety regulations.

Panabuild the Product
GENERAL: Panabuild structural insulated panels (“SIPs”) provide immense strength; consistent air/water-tightness; excellent thermal efficiency; and (unlike other modern methods of construction – “MMC’s”) superior resistance to water, mould, rot and fire all within a single product.
COST Panabuild is cheaper than traditional blockwork due to significantly reduced overall construction times, plus lower transport, labour, and waste removal costs.
SPEED: Panabuild is up to seven times quicker to install than traditional blockwork and once installed to full storey height “dry fixed” panels are immediately loadbearing and ready for follow on trades.
SUSTAINABILITY: The Standard panel’s insulating core is made from renewable biomass and panels are fully re-cyclable and re-usable; installation produces minimal waste, no landfill, greatly reduced transport requirements, and safer working conditions.
DESIGN FLEXIBILITY: Panabuild offers unlimited design flexibility and (unlike other MMC’s), panels can be cut to size on site to accommodate last minute design changes.
